wow what a comeback for L.A. to get the win...or better yet, what a choke job by the Spurs. A team comes back from 20 down, it's a great win. I don't care how hard the choke looked, it takes stones to come back from 20 and get the win. All the credit in the world goes to the Lakers. Go Lakers for the rest of the series too (I can't believe I said that, but f the Spurs beating my Hornets and what not)

Now this is the Celtic team that I saw win 66 games this season.
Not the Pistons team I expected though. Poor execution and effort in this game so far.
This series still has a long way to go though.

Celtics hung on, although it was pretttty scary.
3-2 Boston, DBs prediction is wrong, and I hope mine is, too.

Ok, it wasn't if one team got more calls over the other. Celtics got ripped off just as much as the Pistons.
PJ Brown with a flagrant..what?

Pistons shot 8 more FTs than the C's. Fans only look at their team. In all games there a calls that go against everyone. We only focus on the ones that go against us.

That couldn't be more evident in the Spurs-Lakers game 4. I thought it was a correct no call on Barry at the buzzer. Sure there's a strong argument for a whistle but that late in the game I'm tend to favor officials who play on. I've heard a lot of Spurs fans crying about how officials are "following the script for the Lake show to win it all," but there were missed calls for both sides. Good hard fought game. LA came away on top.
Game 5 on right now.

Sure there's a strong argument for a whistle but that late in the game I'm tend to favor officials who play on. The uber-frustrating part about that... all Spurs fans hear is about flopping. From Phoenix fans when Raja Bell is just as bad... from NO fans when Chris Paul is even worse... etc. Then as soon as the Barry play happens... "he didn't sell it". What? Seriously? He didn't flop/flail/go flying... so he didn't deserve the call. Not just from fans - from the analysts that bitch about the flopping. Are you kidding me? The same day the NBA announces fines next year for flopping - that's frustrating. But I wholey agree - Fishers shot hit the rim - the Spurs took 8 or 9 shots in that game to take the lead and missed every single one. They didn't deserve to win the game, and that's cool, but it's still frustrating. Giving up 2 monster leads in LA blows too - and the only reason I have is that team was just gassed (plus Manu must be wrecked). The New Orleans series drained them. That's what happens when you have an old team. Normally, I have no problem saying the best team won and good luck in the future round - but I couldn't even fake that towards LA.

What a pathetic failure down the stretch.
This is the second or third straight year I've called for the firing of Flip Saunders....God willing they'll actually do it this year.
But yeah, this means I won't be watching a second of the NBA Finals.

Detroit drops the Conference finals three years in a row....The Pistons are inconsistent mentally, the Philly series was evident of that

I'm actually excited about the Lakers-Celtics series....this is what the NBA needs right now. A renewed rivalry with the biggest prize on the line which means big time ratings for David Stern. I still got the Lakers winning but in six games.

damn this is a good game although the Lakers should be up by more at this point......
and I hope Pierce is ok....he looked in extreme pain when he went down. I instantly thought a torn ACL until I saw the replay.
GO LAKERS!
