I thought about it but Ashton Kutcher is lame. Cameron Diaz is hot though, which is why I gave the movie any consideration. Honestly, if I woke up married to her, I would probably hit it like 19 times.

I opted for Harold & Kumar over Ironman, but I definitely plan on going to see it. And seriously, why all the bad movies lately guys?

(no offense spartan) how has this forum go 2 weeks and not ONE Iron Man thread but yet Baby Mama and What Happens in Vegas threads... Iron Man is a great movie but that is well known now. I posted the Forgetting Sarah Marshall thread because it got little buzz and was so far the best movie I went to this year (I liked it better than Ironman, though it was a great movie). I didn't see What Happens in Vegas, because it didn't look like my kind of comedy. Whatever, different strokes.

I hate Robert Downey Jr. plain and simple, which is why I won't see Iron Man. However, I think The Dark Knight will steal the show this summer.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall is totally differant... its not just some lame retard comedy... and I agree (the Dark Knight) disagree on Robert Downey Jr... Hes one of my top 5 favorite actors/acting idols ever.

I liked What Happens in Vegas. It wasn't the best movie in the world, but it was a new type of comedy. Plus, Cameron Diaz walks around with her tits popping out half the movie, so that was enough to keep my interest.

stark was a pretty easy character for downey to pull off. It's easy to be natural when you don't need to act. Although I did like IM the end battle with Stane was very anticlimatic

agreed on that one bstn but how hard would it be for downey to play an achoholic playboy when he already is one. Although I doubt anyone (save for chuck norris ) could have have pulled of stark

Regular people without any real standout problems are the hardest role to play.

Let's start one and talk best opening weekend ever shall we? Downey Jr. is a fantastic actor and it was very well done. Could have been a little better in some parts of course.

If we're also talking The Dark Knight, if anyone saw the trailor attached to any movie. Heath Ledger deserves some sort of Oscar for that role. He looks amazing, and he didn't even sound like himself which is what made him the great actor he was.

His point wasn't that Downey Jr. doesn't have problems, he's saying it's harder to play someone without problems, than one with them. I just owned this topic with 3 posts in a row. I feel like a fool.
