Saw this when I got into the office this morning. Two people I actually liked have died recently...
It's a sign I'm getting older I guess, because most anyone who has died recently I have known who they were and remember them. Wasn't like this even four years ago. Consider his seven dirty words were the reason for the SCOTUS case that said it is acceptable for the government to regulate what is said over there airwaves. 1979 decision I think it was. His work influenced more than the comedy world...and that is to be admired.
I don't want to fill this post with a bunch of wellwishes and blessings, that's probably not what the man would want. So I'm just going to leave it as is. No fluff, no RIP, just....

Last night HBO had Carlin on until 2:30 AM. I began watching around 10 so they must have had a marathon on.
