So yeah...I'm heading down to the beautiful U.S of A today to check out a music festival in Jersey (close to New York...I think...I'm not really in touch with American geography).

I'm not so much of a Jack Johnson fan...but I cannot wait to see Radiohead two nights straight. Plus a lot of other really solid acts on this list...The Roots, Metric, CSS, Chromeo, New Pornographers...plus a lot of other indie bands which are sure to make some surprising noise.

I don't know if this is well known down there...so I figured I'll ask if anyone's heard of this. It's an annual deal.

I have heard of it, but only in passing. It's not one of the big American festivals, and it's relatively new. It's only a couple of years old. Jersey City's close to New York by the way.

Looks like a good festival, I would personally pass though. In other news, I would kill someone to go to the Virgin Festival in Toronto.

There is a Virgin Festival going on in Maryland today. I know a few people who went to it today...a lot of big name bands are there and I believe Kane West is there too.

I'd go to the Virgin Festival in Maryland too, if only to see Gogol Bordello.

I was listening to a classic rock/alternative station in Jersey today that was live from APW (though not playing live music from it). Sounded like a good time.
