Ah, Rolling Stone. A bastion of journalistic integrity.
"a man willing to say and do anything to achieve his ultimate ambition"
I thought the article was about McCain, not Obama.

Ah, Rolling Stone. A bastion of journalistic integrity. "a man willing to say and do anything to achieve his ultimate ambition" I thought the article was about McCain, not Obama. That quote is true for neither McCain or Obama. Hence why I'm pretty subdued about the election. I like Obama's personality better and the idealism bit, so I'm voting for him. I'm not scared that McCain is going to fuck up. If he gets elected, good for him. Hope we have a good four years under his administration. The problem with politics today is how much we demonize the other guy. People vote because they are scared of the other, not because they like who they vote for. There will never be any substance in our political discourse with this mindset in place.

The candidates are less than perfect. However, how many are going to go out and vote but not for either one? We have people complain about these candidates but either vote for one anyway or don't vote at all.

We have people complain about these candidates but either vote for one anyway or don't vote at all. Because even the minor options are so ridiculously radical that I can't stomach voting for any of them, either.
