I had a gut feeling all week PSU was going to Lose. Good game by Iowa for hanging on and getting that win. Now we wont have to worry about what would happen if PSU went undefeated for the season.
And dont look know but the LSU-Bama game is tied despite shitty play from Jarrett Lee.

Damn, Texas Tech and Oklahoma are going to put up scary numbers on offense when they face eachother. Tech is crazy good- I'm sold on em now.

Wow....grow up DB....
And as I guessed, Iowa could get the win....Shonn Greene 117 yards 2 TD's....
Paterno's last game in Iowa City is a loss...
Anyways, it was a great game to go to despite it being 20 degrees with 30 mph winds...very bad calls on both sides and looked like the difference was just Iowa's Defense allowing fg's instead of TD;s in the redzone

Once again...who the hell says JoePa retires? And do you really think he gives a shit if his last game in Iowa City was a loss? Iowa is one of the least significant teams in the Big Ten.
Congrats you pulled off an upset thanks to jackass Scirrotto. You FINALLY beat someone legit after losing how many games now? Iowa's trash, quit being so cocky every week.

I think it may be end of the road for JoePa as well. As SB said he doesn't really coach anymore hes just there for PR. But the real reason I think he will retire stems from his deteriorating health. He has serious health issues right now beyond his age and because of that I just don't think he could take another season of football. So I think we may see one of the all-time greats retire after this season

I really don't think he cares about himself. It's football and only football for JoePa. Shit I'd take dying as one of the greatest coaches of all-time too while still coaching.

Joe Pa said he thinks he would die without football. He has no other hobbies at all. He doesn't golf, fish, etc. Might as well die doing something he loves than being miserable and just waiting to die. If he's not really the coach anymore, why not just let him stay on board?

And weve been more than "non significant" the last 7 years...beat you 6 out of the 7 times...won 2 conference championships...in my opinion that is somewhat "significant"
