Or are we on the road to Rome in the United States these days?
It seems like everywhere you turn you see a lack of morals.
People aren't treating their bodies they way they are supposed to (Unprotected Sex, Drugs, Alcohol, and other stuff).
15 year old girls plotting to get pregnant, because they want to have a baby.
and many other things, that we could go on for days and days.
I don't know how ya'll feel, but everyday I go to school and I am just disgusted by what I hear from other people, and then I get on these social networks like MySpace, and it gets even worse. It just sickens me how people act these days.

Because sex, drugs, and alcohol abuse ran rampant in ancient Rome.
You can't force people to do what you think is morally right.

lol DB I don't think he was directly connecting drugs with Rome but they did have a pretty good history with sex and alcohol, homosexuality as well.
There's a reason the people in this country are becoming what they are, but some get too damn pissy to talk about it.

I know, I just wanted to have a bit of fun imagining Caesar piss drunk in the back of a Roman chariot with a mistress smoking a doobie.

As long as Obama is not holding mass orgies in the Oval Office, I'm gonna call bullshit.

I don't see it as a lack of morals, just more dumbasses and more media coverage.

The problem with this country is people who define what morals are correct and then judge those who don't follow suit.

Unprotected sex has never ever occurred in society. Just because it isn't recorded history does not mean it didn't occur. Do you think Popes were quiet and pious like they are now?
Morals change and people always lack them. Just because society lacks morals of that time does not mean the end is near. Get out from under the rock and just live your life. Don't worry if people don't live up to your standards.

I stopped caring what other people do a long time ago. As long as it doesn't affect me or my family directly, I don't give a crap what other people do.
