Anyone ever take this stuff?
I've been taking this for about a month now and have been getting stronger and bigger due to water retention like crazy, but I've heard once you stop taking it, you lose some of your size.
My question is, do you lose a lot of your size, and do you lose any strength? I've heard you lose a little of both, and I've heard you only lose size because of the lower water retention.
Anyone know what happens when you stop?

I had to look this stuff up, because reading your post, it sounded like a penis enhancement pill.
I wouldn't use any sort of steroid unless it was prescribed to deal with a medical condition...

Creatine isn't a "steroid"...but its definately not worth taking..
Once you stop using it, you lose probably about half your size in water...its bad
Believe me, there are better "supplements" out there

great, Spartan is now roiding up Yeah since it is something your body makes naturally. Next time do some research before you come up with a smart ass comment. I was just asking anyone who actually took it. Results have varied with different people. Some people lose a lot of weight, some lose very little. So I figured I would see what DC thought thinking maybe some people had tried it.

My body makes testosterone naturally - I don't want to be taking massive amounts of that shit... For that matter, my body makes shit naturally - I don't want to be taking massive amounts of that either

There are a lot of things your body makes that you shouldn't take in. I would be unsure about the whole creatine thing. It seems that it adds water weight more than anything and gives your muscles a fake appearance of impressiveness but are actually just holding more water.I've read that once you stop using it
Also, it seems that your energy levels seem to decrease after stopping use. I would also check out kidney problems as a result of creatine. A few terms I've heard thrown around are renal failure and kidney stones. Just something I would look into, perhaps with a trained medical professional instead of a forum like this.

Yea I was getting around to mention all the whole issues related to creatine, that's why I never messed with it when there are better supplements out there. Seems your okay, Idk if anything would happen like that now that you're stopping.

I never personally personally used it, I just had some friends that took it...
I think lifting naturally without taking anything would be by far the safest option, and it will more likely be more rewarding at the end because of the hard work you put in

My doctor said the stuff is okay. So I'm not sneaking around taking this stuff. He said it's okay as long as it's not taken in big amounts, but he has never seen the after effects. BTW, no kidney effects have been proven.
That's why I'm asking an opinion from a sports message board, thinking maybe some of you have taken it. Just to see what happens after you stop taking the stuff.
I'm not "roiding up". It's not a steroid and it's legal in the olympic games.

You are better off going to a bodybuilding board for information such as this. Sports message boards often consist of those who idolize those who have methods of getting bigger. You are better at going to people who know what they are talking of from experience.

I recomend "Cell Mass" by BSN. Your local GSN should sell it. It works pretty good... It builds the body up quick!

I recommend going to the gym to pump iron as well as eating healthy It's not that simple for everyone, especially if you're trying to build muscle and gain weight at the same time.

I recommend going to the gym to pump iron as well as eating healthy Yeah, why don't you stop acting like you know me, and then, if you have something that is actually useful to the conversation like backstop, then reply. I'm not roiding up. I struggle to gain weight and with my senior year of football coming up, I need to put on a little more muscle and weight. So quit acting like I'm some cheater because I'm taking something that is approved in the olympics.
