Mizzou basically reduced Memphis to a one-man show. Evans is good, but he couldn't come back from 24 down all by himself. He tried like hell, though.
On to UConn!

Well looks like all the number one seeds are going to the final four for the second straight year unless The Sooners beat the Heels! Blake Griffin ftw

I really love how everyone just writes off the Big 10 and Michigan State.
1st- Michigan State could be upset by RMU 2nd- USC was going to upset them 3rd- Kansas would not lose again to MSU
Keep it coming doubters. I actually like MSU's chances tomorrow. Playing for a chance in Detroit and since Walton wants to make the final 4 to keep the streak alive (every 4 year player to at least one final 4).
This is not a homer post by the way. All year I've listened to how the Big Ten is crap. Hell, I even gave Michigan props this year. I'm sick of the experts and their boner for the Big East and ACC. I can't even turn on ESPN anymore.

I think we have a better shot than anyone else is going to give us tomorrow.

State looked inconsistent all year. Your logic on why you like their chances is baffling, to say the least. And the Big East is just as good as it seems, if not better.
However, I do half-agree that the Big Ten unjustly loses points from analysts and commentators, probably because it is such an awful league to watch

I can't even turn on ESPN anymore. First year in the history of forever you could say the words Michigan and Overachieve in the same sentence, and not come off totally wrong. But that one Digger Phelps talked soooo much shit about the Big Ten.. man.

I'll be the first to admit that the Big Ten is downright painful to watch much of the time. I can understand why experts would think it sucks. But they're no joke.
Oh, and Digger Phelps is a Big East homer who thought Pitt was going to win it all. I mean, the Big East deserves most of the accolades it gets, but still, he's a homer.
I've still got UNC, by the way, and am standing by that prediction. And once again, Go State!

Surprise Digger and Dukie V, looks like someone from the B11 can hang with the "mighty big east", not to mention their best team. DB, Robert Morris wasn't really predicted to win anything, people just said they would give Michigan State a game much like Memphis in their first round game, Greg Anthony actually said RMU had a very good chance that night. I also agree with DB that the inconsistency is overrated. We haven't had more than 10 games with a fully healthy team. Suton comes back, we lose Morgan. The tourney we are finally playing healthy and look what has happened. the Big Ten isn't good they have one, maybe two, good teams Wisconsin- Beats a team from ACC Michigan- Beats a team from ACC MSU- Elite 8 Purdue- Sweet 16 Illinois- Loses without Frazier Minnesota- Plays texas tough, beat Louisville during season OSU- who is surprised they lost to Siena? But those 6, are all better teams than people give them credit for. Michigan gave UConn a game, beat Duke and UCLA. I think the reason the Big Ten is tough to watch is because there is actually defense in it. Most of the time when I'm watching the BE, I'm watching run run run. Games are always up in the 80's and 90's. Big Ten is down near 60-70. Believe me, I'm not saying the Big East and ACC suck, but the Big 10 deserves way more credit. Number 2 RPI conference.
