I disagree robino. I think a lot of us have had shit jobs like waiters and whatnot, so we understand that it's not always easy to be pleasant when some people are pricks.
I always tip about 20-25%
On one occasion my friends and I had this badass (and very attractive) waitress... we ended up tipping her 125% or something like that. Obviously we all chipped in... but shit. I figure why not make someone's day like that every once in awhile.
