I wonder what the general consensus is here. Personally, I do not. Stubble is a pain to deal with. I trim it up, but I don't outright shave it all off. I am a man!

Luckily i dont have a lot of hair but i usually shave it off on occasions.

I do. I am a fucking grizzly bear when I don't shave and I have the ultimate reason: a girlfriend. She is not a fan of the chest hair.
