Went through ticketmaster actually (which I assume is the ticket office), and actually got decent seats. I'm assuming you're going to see him in Austin right? You have a lot more of "his" kind of people in Austin than this area to be honest. |

Yeah, ticketmaster or whatever... didn't know who was selling the seats out there. And yeah, Austin is pretty liberal/more his style... it's the donut hole of Texas.

So I just got back. Had to be at work at 5:15 this morning, so I've been up for 22 hours. So yeah, certainly not laugh out loud funny but the most entertaining act I've ever seen. Rob, you'll enjoy it tomorrow night. He talked a lot about Palin and the current state of Dems vs Rebs and only went on religion for like 10-15 minutes. It was about a two hour set. Well worth the trip.

By the way - I don't think I've ever mentioned it on here... I caught Robin Williams in Austin in... February maybe?... a week before his heart problem made him stop his tour. I've been lucky to attend tons of cool things in my life... that show might have been the best thing I've ever been to. It was incredible. Well worth the shitload of money I spent on tickets.
