Eagles over Cowboys - Dallas can't beat Philadelphia three times in one year, and I still can't believe Dallas is capable of winning a playoff game Jets over Bengals - It's the Bengals, something is bound to go wrong. Packers over Cardinals - I'm still not sure how Arizona is a playoff team. Oh right, they're in the NFC West Patriots over Ravens - I'm sorry, I just can't pick against New England in Foxboro in January
And in the interest of full disclosure:
Colts over Jets - Yeah no. Chargers over Patriots - but I can pick against New England on the road against a great San Diego team Packers over Saints - I was willing to excuse the Saints after losing to Dallas. Then they blew a big lead against the freaking Bucs and lost 3 in a row to end the year. Vikings over Eagles - I think the Eagles are capable of being the best team in the NFC if they play like it. That said, Brett Favre brings the sports media to their knees by beating them here.
Chargers over Colts - They're the best team in football right now and I see no reason to think otherwise. Vikings over Packers - Come on, you really think Favre would lose THIS game?
Chargers over Vikings - San Diego finally wins their Super Bowl but nobody cares because Brett Favre cried in his postgame press conference, prompting ESPN to run the headline "WE STILL LOVE YOU FAVRE" and devoting a Sportscenter special to his sterling performance in a losing effort.
(Really I have no clue who's going to come out of the NFC, I have zero faith in none of these teams, but I had to make some sort of pick)

I think a Vikings/Packers NFC Championship game is necessary for the great story that would create. There's no real big story going into the playoffs so I think it'd be great for the NFL and sports in general, no matter how annoying the Favre stuff might get.
I think the Packers are fully capable of going away, they're a sleeper and very underrated.

Hey! I forgot to reseed in my picks. I got the AFC right, but if GB beats AZ and PHI beats DAL, it'd be GB/MIN and PHI/NO.
In which case, give me Philly over New Orleans, Minny over GB, and Minny over Philly.

Give credit when it's due DB. This is a very different Cowboys team from the one earlier in the season where they barely beat shitty teams. That win over Nola has gave this team a huge spark and they are playing balls out right now. This is a different team compared to the Cowboys of 2006 and 2008...they're younger, faster, healthy, have no "problem players", etc.
They're finally playing as a team and not just individuals. Yeah Philly fell on their faces again but they are still a good team that came in pumped and pretty damn cocky. But I love this team's new aggressiveness and I think we can give The Minnesota Brett Favre's a stiff challenge. I would of rather seen Dallas play New Orleans cause Minnesota scares me.
But right now myself and Cowboys fans everywhere are enjoying this win cause we havent won a playoff game in ages. Thats a big monkey off this franchise's back.

The talent is there that is true, but Wade Phillips is the kind of guy that makes you scratch your damn head.

These playoffs suck dick. I just want a fucking competitive game, but this seems to be asking too much.

Thread title changed for topicality.
Chris Berman went on ESPN this morning and predicted the Saints over Arizona, 77-75.

I pick the Ravens and Cowboys to go to the Superbowl....surprise surprise I cursed them. Go figure.
I HOPE the Jets win but more than anything I hope someone beats the Colts. Whoever beats Indy, I will cheer for in the Superbowl.

lol @ Cowboys!
Philip Rivers has to have the most overrated arm in the NFL. Dude can't throw more than 5 yards.

I was mad....actually i was more than mad. But now, I am calm and done with the Cowboys till the draft. I honestly hope Jerry gives Wade one more season. Fix our o-line, draft some young studs, and we'll be set for another run next year.
As for the Chargers, Norv Turner is like Wade....doesnt win in the playoffs. Wouldn't surprise me if he is fired because this team wins a ton of games in the regular season but falters in the playoffs. They need someone to take them to the next level.
Go Jets!
