You know how everybody claims to have a winning record, and then all of a sudden, a team knocks them off the high horse? I wanna know how your first loss was and how you took it.
I know I took mine pretty hard, 63 - 58 3 OT loss to Notre Dame. The stuff hurt, hard.

I was Iowa in one of my old dynasties, and Michigan creamed me.

I had a Maryland dynasty that I didn't lose until 2005 in (started in 2003). I was on fire with that team, they were awesome. I lost to Florida State 45-42 for my first loss.

My first dynasty using NCAA 2004 was with Pittsburgh. I lost to Va Tech and I had to buy a new controller cause I broke the one I was playing with. So, I'd say I didn't take it too well. In four seasons with Pitt, I lost 11 games and never beat Miami.

I used Pittsburgh and ended up playing Miami for the National Championship (beat them earlier in the season but since they were the next best team, they made it too). I ended up losing on a blocked fg. I was mad. I created Duquesne and scheduled Pitt for a cross city rivalry, they blew me out 52 - 10.

I didn't play, but right now in my dynasty Michigan just got blown out by Indiana, first season BOGUS! My first thought is to rate someone based how Michigan is doing in their dynasty. But, I hold back. That would be absurd. If you go on Michigan fan sites many of us think there is a conspiracy at EA against Michigan. Many say the developers are Irish fans, couldn't be Buckeye grads. Take CooleyD's site, we're friggin 3-3. But heh, could be any given Saturday I guess.

also, on my CCU site, michigan lost to central michigan 37-10 in 2003. I also noticed on my old nebraska dynasty mentioned in my first post this thread, that michigan never really did very good

I havent' seen Nebraska in a Big 12 Title game on NCAA so there's no bias in that.
But Michigan? 3 - 3?! It's a conspiracy! Michigan is usually in the top ten in every dynasty I've ever played, well until this one.

well actually, when i started my cornhusker dynasty, i wanted to sim the 2003 season and get about a 3 loss year to match what we did this year...but it took me till my 5th try to get anything more than 2 losses, and twice we won the NC in 03 when i simmed it. and i even made us worse than what the default was for nebraska...well the offense, anyway.

I've noticed that too B10W, Michigan is never any good for some reason. They aren't the only team though. I've noticed that FSU, UF, Bama, and a few others I can't remember always seem to fall. I think you have a bunch of Irish fans on there and a few hurricane fans working on that game. That's the only reason I can see all four of those teams doing so bad.
Now to my first loss in NCAA 2004, it was my first game I played. I was UTEP against Arizona and I lost 31-0. Not bad eh?

My first loss in NCAA 2004 took a while. First I took my fav. team, Tennessee, to two straight national titles and was on my way to a third when I decided to post a site on here using North Texas. I went undefeated with them until I played Washington State in the Rose Bowl and lost in overtime. During the rest of that dynasty (which included 4 nat'l titles in the next five seasons), I think I lost twice to Oklahoma (both in OT) after joining the Big 12 in 2005, forming a big time rivalry between the two programs.
I started playing another dyasnty with Tennessee earlier this year, winning two more nat'l titles, but then I decided to do one with San Diego State on here because I was interested in them when they went 11-1 in 2005 on my dynasty.
So my first (and 4th loss overall in NCAA 2004) in my SDSU dynasty is obviously to Ohio State, and then I dropped my second straight a week later to UTTEP in OT. So I've lost 5 games, in total, in NCAA 2004.
Cheap plug: To see how I lost these games, check out my dynasty in my signature. ;D

Speaking off losses, i just lost to Notre Dame with #9 Nebraska....got down 31-0 at half...im not used to passing a lot in this game...and the defense just sucked!...anyway, i pulled Dailey out of the game and brought in JuCo transfer Jordan Adams, who threw 49 passes in just over 2 quarters off football...we ended up loosing 27-39...looking to rebound next week against southern miss at home.

yeah...but i didn't expect it to be such an offensive game....and i didnt expect to be down 31-0 at the half...i gotta get used to those sliders...they're pretty though...and i gotta get better with my passing skills on the game b/c i usually run with nebraskas old offense which is run/option based...should be able to beat USM tho.
