I was think about starting a Conference Award page off of my NIU site. What I want to know is what should the crateria<SP> be for the Offensive and Defensive player of the year Awards. Since each side of the ball has many positions how should I figure it out and how I would be able to pick the players. If anyone doesn't understand what I am tring to do let me know.

good idea. Do a MVP, Off player, Def. player, Freshman of the Year, All Conf. Team, Conf Coach of the year

I did the same thing with the Mountain West conference in my dynasty. Really, it's quite simple. I just took the guys that had the best overall stats and put 'em on the team (I only had a 1st team). I was gonna do a coach of the year, but don't you think that would just be the guy who coaches the conference's winner?

Not necessarily, say you have a team that was absolutely horrible the year before, I'm say 1-11...the next yr they completely do a 180 and end up say 8-4 however they dont win the conference... Who deserves it more, the coach who won the conference, or the coach who turned the team around? |

Yeah, I considered that, bkspecial, but most of the time it's just the coach who wins the conference.

That looked pretty good to me, bpjffe, but I'd also like to see an all-conference team, too, at the end of the year so you've got complete coverage on the players of the MAC.
