This is not anything against u B10W, u kno I have no problem with u.
Really it seems, just seems like whenever I drop his rating or someone else does, boom he comes up with updates and his rating is re-raised. I understand he may be busy and all, which I believe is the reason for why he doesnt update sometimes, but I mean I see no use in dropping him because if u do he will start to update again sometime when he gets the chance. Again no offense B10W I understand your busy and all.
