Does anyone ever enter recruiting notes and/or read them in other's dyanasties?

I enter some every once in awhile and read them if there put in but other then that..IDK

There just notes under the recruits name if you go into a team that has Recruits posted they might have some notes about that Recruit. Thats all they are...
