To get a dynasty up and running, you will have to first sign up for an account. The basic account is free, and allows you to create one dynasty on DC. The standard account is a $5 one time fee, and you will then be able to create i think 3 dynasties?? you will also then be able to use rosters, stats, and recruiting, as well as gain the ability to rate dynasties. The premium account is a $10 one time fee, and you then get everything with the standard, but an unlimited amount of dynasties.
Once you have the account, go to "my dynasties" in the upper right hand corner when you are logged in. You will then begin to enter the dynasty info etc. Once you are with that, go to my dynasties again, and you will see a link to that dynasty. click it, and then you can click "edit" by the dynasty info at the top to begin to post news stories, recaps, etc.
as far as transfering players, i really don't understand what you mean by that, could you please clarify?

in 2005 players transfer on their own but what u can do in 2004 is not too hard. What you have to do is just copy their stats and stuff like that, height, weight, class, postion, name and all then in the off season there is a place to make a new recruit go there and enter it all in and then pick a state and a city for them to live and they you can make a story and all about the player wanting to transfer and shit...let me know if you dont understand anything
