Hey seeing as ive never gone through this process before what is done with the current top 10 dynasty's, does Stephen clear the top ten or does everyone just give everyone in there 1's to clear it out, j/w so i dont give people 1's and not have to.

nope you just lower them or delete them, stephen does nothing

Are you talking about when the new game comes out and the top 10? cause if thats it the dynasties just stay up there until the person either deletes them or they are voted down.
