Hey guys ive been playn this game non stop for the past 2 days, there is a lot of negatives i think that the makers needed to put less emphasis on. such as 1. the amount of knocked down passes/interceptions c'mon i know everyone has had this especially on the higher levels but it seems as if 2/3s of your passes are knock down or intercepted 2. It takes forever to finsih a game. i know such as in 2004 games for me took less than 30 minutes almost, this game takes almost an hour and 30 minutes 3. Gameplay is slow, the gameplay overall is slow and is glitchy at least for me i dunno how it is with the rest But other than those 3 things everything is perfect on it tell me what else you think.,..........

I noticed the same thing with the passing game, a lot of tips and a lot of interceptions. The thing is, most of my intercepted or tiped passes were more me making a dumb throw. I've noticed I gotta be smarter with where a I throw and put a little touch on my throws, something I didn't have to do last year. So I've been doing practice all morning and I think I'm started to get how to pass in this game. Plus I've tweaked the sliders a bit, and I think I've got something good here.
My only real problem is games are lasting longer, I don't mind now while I'm off of school, but when Fall comes I'm not going to have as much time to get games in. One or two a week ain't bad, but I would like to get a few more in, to keep a dynasty moving.
I actually like the way defense plays this year, it has lead to some really exciting games for me. The three games I have finished so far, I lost one by a point, won one by five, and beat Utah State with Alabama by one. That last one was a humbling experence, because I was a moron when it came to playcalling. Ray Hudson was running great but I wanted to pass way to much, which had me down 21-9 heading into the fourth. Got Hudson going and putting passes in only when I needed to, allowed me to score 13 points in the final quarter and win. I think this game will force some of us to be a little smarter in how we play the game, and will make for some great contests.
AF1s, did I miss your point here?

Just got the game earlier today...and there are two things that fed me up.
1. All the tipped passes; I would've had 2 more TD's if that was NCAA 2004.
2. The CPU run defense is ridiculous. The running game is my biggest strong point, and I had -20 rushing yards against Florida (as Tennessee) on VARSITY. The CPU defense is quite iinvincible.

I am actually having a lot of success running the ball, on All-American. I just got a good feel for the rushing attack I guess.
My problem, is the passing game. I can't get a good feel for things, but it could be my youth at wide out, and playing my first three games with the Tide at Oregon, and at Tennessee. Youth plus tough places to play= big problems. Well anyway, I'm enjoying this new defense I get to play against. Just beat Oregon 10-6, on a late TD pass to AC Carter. Oh well, this week is more for getting the hang of the game anyway.

for running yo just need to get used to the new running system, basically it makes you go through the holes, instead of going for the outside in previous versions.
