Need Some Advice on a Possible Dynasty

Hey guys if you dont know I am considering doing a new dynasty where I replace a conference with all canadian teams (as inspired by the NCAA proposed canadian expansion). I just need the opinions of you guys before I really commit to this thing: (BTW please answer all questions if you can)

1. Which conference should I replace in the game?
- I am looking for a minor conference with 12 teams (so I can have a conference champ game)
-Possibilties include C-USA (the irony), Sun Belt, any others I forgot

2. What should the new conference be called?

• Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) - current name of conference
• Canadian Football Conference (CFC)
• Canadian University Football Conference (CUFC)
• I am open to any suggestions
  

3. What do you think about creating some (like 15-20) recruits from Canada each year?
-just answer yes or no
-All the recuits would not be very good like 3 stars at the most with them being around mid- to low-70s at best
-most be would be 1 and 2 stars
-I would do this because it would even out the recruiting a bit since I would have to have 12 teams from the same state
- this may be done regardless of answers just trying to get a feel of what you guys think

4. Where should the overalls of the players be?
- I am thinking the best players would be around the high 70s with maybe 1 or two in the conference around 80
-very few would be higher than 75ish (lets face this is canada we suck at FB right?)
-most of the starters would be mid- to high- 60s with a few in the low 70s
-of course this will vary team to team as some teams are better than others (obviously )

5. What would you rather see: all the actual players (unlikely), a few actual players and than the rest NCAA created or all NCAA created?
-this would exclude alberta as I would create all the players for that team
-the few actual guys would be the best players in the CIS

6. Do you have any other suggestions for this dynasty?
- just anything you would like to see from games to recruiting to writing

All NCAA created except for your team. We wouldn't know who the best players are anyways so unless you really want them why go through the trouble.

Northern 12, Canadian 12, InterUniversity 12, Southern Canadian Athletics Conference somethling like that

Like you said... 60s and 70s with some 80s stars. Make getting into the BCS a big deal when it happens. Anything over 80s would be as good as the Big10

just so everyone knows I am probably not gonna do this for a couple weeks because I have a seriously busy schedule coming up with 3 midterms in 4 days next week and read-in the following week which will just be a big drinking binge for me and then 2 more midterms the week after that so dont expect this for 2-3 weeks

Also there's the fact that it takes several hours to create the teams and rosters in NCAA. so now you know.

5. What would you rather see: I would just say do the real players on your team, and dont worry about the rest.

I like the originality of the idea. It might not seem like you have too much interest right now, but I think once the members see where your going with this visually on a dynasty page it will bring more interest.

Definitely. It would be really bad if you didn't.

They should be mid-to-upper sixties with about 5 70's players on each team and maybe two teams get an 80 player.

All NCAA created. Don't kill yourself with realism.

Well...you can definitely make 8 because that's the most I've created for the OLC but I wouldn't doubt being able to create 12 though I couldn't tell you for sure.

ok cool I guess if I can't create 12 I have a backup plan in place:

I I can't create them all I will replace on division of the C-USA with 6 canadian teams and have the International Conference or Inter-12 and then the conference championship would a world chamionship of sorts pitting the best canadian team against the best C-USA team.
