Personally, if I were an A&M fan, I wouldn't be expecting to go to Columbia and win. You might think so based on last season, but the Ags benefitted from three Tiger turnovers and a few questionable calls from the zebras. I'm not betting on that happening this time around, especially since you'll be playing in Columbia in November, and it's usually in the 40's by then up here. Bad combo if you're A&M. Texas was superior in every way against Nebraska last year, and in the snow, the 'Horns just looked horrible, barely winning.
In order for A&M to win, they'll have to score in the high 30's-low 40's. It's either going to be a game like last year, or it will be something along the lines of 45-17 in favor of the Tigers. I'm betting on the latter.

That was a momentum-killer. I can guarantee you that won't happen again, no matter who we play.

Agree....They probably had their minds changed after he threw 4 pics in Minnesota and blamed the game on the line and the receivers unable to catch a pass 5 feet behind them...
I know a lot of the "hawkeye" players were glad to see him leave, i have connections like that..lol

Good to see an Iowa fan that's a bit more realistic than most. If Nebraska fans could do the same, then all the better.
However, Rutgers looks solid again. Lost a pretty good pass-catching tight end, but Teel should be better this year, and Rice is back. Ten wins isn't out of reach, even in a slightly stronger BE. I would guess 9 is more like it, but I see the increased competition as a factor. Where is the USF game at? If it's on the road, I like the Bulls in that one.

Okay, I'm gonna write an extensive Army analysis for 07 here, just because I need to rationalize these thoughts. Firstly, Stan Brock will not save Army Football, because he fails to realize that you can't run a pro set without big strong players. Secondly, this schedule sucks along with the ESPN contract. Boo to Anderson and Greenspan for giving us this crap.
@ Akron, in Cleveland - I'm expecting Akron to go all-out this game, but this one is a complete toss-up. Still, I expect a loss, 27-6, as the BK offense sputters like your first car.
vs. Rhode Island - VMI last year was an embarassment for both teams. Although it was a dominate performance, we never should have had homecoming against VMI. Now replace VMI with Rhode Island and homecoming with the home opener. I'm gonna go with a close win, 27-24, as we'll have shades of Holy Cross here.
@ Wake Forest - Wake's not as strong as last year, and they weren't exactly world beaters last year either. But this is still Army, so I'll predict 31-17.
@ Boston College - Apparently they aren't moving this game to Dublin. Good choice, but this game will still be an auto-loss. 41-10.
vs. Temple - This game will make or break our year. Period. If we win, we have some serious mo going through Tulane and could pull one out against GT or CMU. I'll predict a win because I'm such an optomist, 31-20. But this is definitely not a foregone conclusion; I remember Rice last year quite clearly.
vs. Tulane - Even down, they've had our number the past few years. I predict a loss, but this one will be closer than the last one as our defense gets their stuff together. 24-14.
@ Central Michigan - I know, it's a MAC team. But it's the best dang MAC team in the league, and it'll be too much for the poor old Cadets struggling offense. 38-10.
@ Georgia Tech - Ah, the third saturday in October, the most beautiful Army football day of the year... AND IT'S IN FREAKING ATLANTA! GT whoops our sorry asses 61-2.
@ Air Force - After last year, I do not want to imagine how this one will turn out. But I have to. Another horrible loss, 48-3, as AF runs up and around and all over us.
vs. Rutgers - It could be an emotional victory; it could be an emotional blowout. The Bandwagon Brigade will be in full effect in the Hudson Valley as the Jersey Boys take on the Black Knights. Since I hate Jersey with all my might, I predict a shocking upset... 28-24.
vs. Tulsa - After all that momentum, we should win against Tulsa, right? Wrong. Tulsa is on the rise, and Army is on the permanent fall. Tulsa wins 34-21.
Navy, in Baltimore - In Baltimore? Home field advantage for Navy + a good Middie season + a long hard season for Army = another blowout. No prediction on this one; it's just too hard.
So, Army goes 3-9 with one big upset, and the old guard at Army calls for Brock's head. All in all, another ordinary season at Michie.
