Just downloaded the 08 demo from the marketplace and played two games. No spoilers, play it for yourself, it is downright amazing with that 60 fps on the 360.

woulda been nice if I got any time on offense :-) ....I got destroyed 21-0 in the first half and then put up 14 in the second half...
the frame rate/smoothness is the main thing I noticed... I'm still not sold on buying it

I have the extra cash, so I am getting it. I won my first go round 17-16 in OT. Oddly enough, UM won the toss in OT and decided to play offense and then missed the PAT.
Overall it was about what I was expecting, so I'm still not that pumped.

yeah, I saw nothing that really excited me. It was pretty and moved smoothly - I don't know how much of that is HD or not.... other than that, it was alright

I honestly don't think I've played more than 10-15 complete games on any NCAA version.
I sim a lot.
