Getting off work a couple of hours early tomorrow to get it, so I ought to have it in my 360 by 3:30 tomorrow afternoon. Everyone else I know...midnight tonight.  |

I can't get it at midnight. I have football every day from 7:30-10:30 and it's hard. So I will just get it tomorrow after football.

I always laugh at people obsessed enough to get it at midnight. Same with Madden.
10 AM or whenever I wake up tomorrow.

What if they are like me and stay up til 4-5 am anyway, so what better thing is there to do at midnight. I stay up till 3 usually, and I'm always doing something interesting at midnight. |

Getting up around 7-ish to run to the nearest Wal-Mart to grab it. I get up early anyways, so it's no big deal. It'll give me a few hours to mess around with campus legend mode to get a feel for it before I go to work.

I got it yesterday afternoon for PS3 and it is great so far. I have only played three games and they were all really close.

Just a couple pampleay impressions I have noticed in playing it for a couple hours:
Passing - It is a lot harder. If the quarterback makes a mistake and there's a defender near it is probably going to be batted down or intercepted. Srambling with the quarterback is a lo harder with a passing quarterback. You are not going to be able to roll out with Colt Brennan on every play because the defensive line is quick and the linebackers are smarter than they used to be.
Rushing - For this it is hit or miss. I love the new animations, but the gameplay in this aspect is a little shaky. I usually either lose a year of two or gain ten. You really have to committ to the play because the blocking is much better. If you run away from your blocks you could get gang tackled.
Dynasty Mode - Filthy. The recruiting is so fun. I am running a mini dynasty with USC right now just to get an idea of how recruiting will be for my actual dynasty. It's way different than any other game I've ever played. Even the stats are realistic. Brennan only had 3,800 yards and 40 TD's. I don't know about future seasons.
Here's a couple of the scores that I wrote down:
Penn State 27 - Ohio State 17
Penn State 10 - Michigan 33
Penn State 17 - Texas A&M 21
USC 44 - Stanford 7 (needed a feel-good game)
LSU 23 - Auburn 13
Iowa 34 - Oregon 20-something
That's all I've got now, but most of you probably have your game now so don't take it from me - just play the game yourself.

got it for ps2 last night at midnight and its really good, pretty much the same they changed a little bit...really like the gang tackling and direct route running... im gonna get a ps3 soon so yea but its really good, now all i need is the rosters

my only disappointment with the PS2 game, other than it's the same damn thing, is that Temple's in the MAC and you can't switch teams and conferences around, meaning that I gotta put the created team in some conference or something.
