How do I edit them? <_<

Go into coaching positions and you can do down and edit each of the coaches. I do this every few years, where I move guys around that should retire/be fired. I do it so that there is a coaching cycle in the game, instead of Bobby Bowden still coaching 60 years down the road.

How do you do this? Do you just edit the coach, or create a new one and slide him into that same coaching job? To me, the more realistic way is creating a new one, but I always manage to screw it up, and can't get a guy hired at a school.
