So Spartan, I suppose this loss was John L. Smith's fault?
But dammit, we have no excuses for losing that game. Unbelievable.

So Spartan, I suppose this loss was John L. Smith's fault? Why would I blame John L. for the piss poor peformance in the second half? We make that field goal earlier, we win 23-20 without overtime. Simple as that. The thing I have with John L. is just his lack of discipline has carried over. SirDarien Adams is a thug. He was left in EL today because of yet another incident. I haven't blamed a game on him though. I have come back every game that we have lost and provided my breakdown for it. I have come back every single time to take the talk from everyone. I don't see how simply saying I don't care about those three players is blaming John L. for the loss.

It was a joke. Sorry. Didn't expect a contradictory explanation. I was just angry.

Florida loses to Georgia for the third time since I think 1990? No excuses here, the defense is just too young and horrible. Tebow's shoulder is really bothering him, you could tell by our play-calling and the way he never really tryed to get out of the pocket. Georgia did a great job by picking up on it and blitzing constantly, knowing he wasn't really leaving the pocket.
As crazy as it sounds I think we still got a shot at making the SEC title game, but today really hurts bad. Also, I think Arizona State is going to get knocked off by Cal tonight. I just don't see Cal losing three straight. But what the hell is up with the Pac-10 and all these highly-ranked teams. I guess I just don't have much respect for the conference, as I would take the SEC and a few others over them anyday. Must be some parity now though with USC not having quite the year. But I'm calling OSU and ASU upsets tonight, although I think alot of us are...

I would take the SEC over the PAC-10, but I don't think anyone else comes close.

I agree this year, but usually I would have taken a few over the Pac-10. Like I said though, that may just be a lack of respect due to me being in the East Coast and not catching very many Pac-10 games. They have two of the biggest matchups this week though by far. While im on the Pac-10, I heard John Elway's son committed to Arizona State. I think it was Jack Elway? I wonder if he'll be any good, and why he chose ASU over Stanford.

I'll give kU credit, they play hard, but A&M just looks like they've quit, especially on defense. Mizzou would roll both of these teams.

So is Ohio State misunderestimated, or is Penn State overrated? They have NOT looked good tonight.

A mix of both. We will always be underrated this season after what happened in Glendale on Jan. 8th, and anytime Anthony Morelli is your QB and you are ranked you are always overrated.
Regardless, we earned the respect of a lot of people tonight, and Jim Tressel is easily the best play-caller in the entire country. We host Wisconsin next week at Ohio Stadium, for yet another night game, I believe, and I hope we can avoid the trap.

The Buckeyes have earned my respect Sportsbuck. I am now convinced that they do deserve that number one ranking. It looks like they can finish the season undefeated and I will not be surprised if they face LSU for the National Title.
