Ripping on Ohio State and Florida. I can't believe there is public outcry over Jim Tressel's coaches poll vote, but no outcry over the contents of this article (Which has been deleted from news websites).

First off, anybody that has to implement a no gun policy on his team has no room to talk shit about other programs. He doesn't realize that we have had ONE player arrested since the beginning of the 2005 season, and that player was Antonio Henton this year. He also fails to realize that all players that have been convicted of crimes have been kicked off the team, and all players charged with a crime were suspending pending the outcome of it.

And another thing, his friend that "Died at Florida" in fact didn't die at Florida. He died while ill in Miami.

I used to have respect for Randy Shannon but if he is going to be a shitfaced, blantant lier who is slandering Ohio State (Who beat Miami in 2002) than he can go to hell.

ummm....is this report even credible. I haven't heard about Shannon ripping OSU and Florida.

but you got to admire what Shannon is trying to do down there in Miami. He's trying to change the culutre. Winning will come in time but he wants to clean up the places act. No other Miami coach did that.

Yeah, it was cut out of the Miami Herald, or off of the Miami Herald website, by a Gator fan, but was subsequently removed from where it was originally because someone probably realize how bad it sounded.

Shannon wasn't necessarily ripping OSU.

He just used it as an example. There is violence at every single school. I'm sure he wasn't ripping on Florida either.
