I'll post the bracket when I make it, which will probably be early this evening, seeing as how I have no rankings of anything yet. I'll use NCAA 08, sim all of it, and use the same system as I used last year.....11 conference champions get automatic bids, 21 at-large bids for a 32 team tournament. Sure it's not rational IRL, but we're not working IRL so we may as well have some fun.
So, here are the teams who have earned automatic bids:
ACC - Virginia Tech BIG 12 - Oklahoma BIG EAST - West Virginia BIG TEN - Ohio State CONFERENCE USA - UCF MAC - Central Michigan MOUNTAIN WEST - BYU PAC-10 - USC SEC - LSU SUN BELT - Florida Atlantic WAC - Hawaii

db you could easily cut out the non-bcs teams and make it lioke a 16 team playoff seriously it would just be a waste of time for those teams to play the likes of LSU and USC.
I would like to see a 16 team playoff, with those 8 games being played at the higher-ranked teams' field, then the 4 quarterfinal games would be played at the BCS locations, with the semifinals and finals happening in the national title location. All the other bowls could be filled as normal.

Have you updated the rosters, DB?

Me too, I'll change em later. And if my rosters aren't updated, they will be before I start this. I think they're still as of September, though. They have names, but I don't think any changes.

I'm doing all the work anyway, what's it to you well I was talking more about in actual life in the game this is a cool system but realistically the NCAA/BCS would never involve the C-USA, Sun-Belt, etc in any playoff system, but it is fun to see how it plays out. and wow Hawaii vs Texas Tech first round, footballs will be flying all over the place there. That may be the longest game in history.

Yeah... uh... Air Force is in it and Penn State isn't...
... grrr....
... I wonder why that is

lol
I vote Florida Atlantic, Central Michigan, Air Force, and Oregon State as the final four...
Florida Atlantic wins it all cause they have the same colors as the "unstoppable" Patriots... who have almost been stopped two straight weeks by two shitty teams I may add...
ok... but seriously...
Final Four: Ohio State, Oklahoma, Virginia Tech, and... mmm... Georgia...
Georgia > Ohio State for the championship...
... idk... I've had a random liking for the Bulldogs this year. lol

Yeah what Spartan said is probably true... but in real life I must say Georgia really impressed me this year.

On the 360 EA has a boner for USC. So far in my dynasty (4 years in + 7 games in the 5th year) they are 57-2, with 3 NC's.

I already did the Hawaii/TTU game. But I'm not telling you what the score was, other than the fact that both teams easily eclipsed 30 points.

In a joint dynasty me and my friend are doing. We finished our first season with Mike Hart winning the Heisman. The storyline to the NC game was great and kinda scary how it reminded me of last year.
So Ohio State and Michigan were undefeated heading into their rivalry game. Ohio State beat Michigan, but somehow Michigan found their way back into the NC game against undefeated Ohio State. Turns out Michigan gets revenge and wins the NC. How amazing is that? Also, starting this next season Michigan still sits atop at #1.
