Who should win the Heisman?

No doubt that's outstanding. But is it not also outstanding that a QUARTERBACK has rushed for over 20 TDs and passed for over 20? Not only that, but his touchdown mark broke the rushing touchdowns record for the SEC, and he's a quarterback! I think thats just as amazing as Smith nearing the rushing record of Sanders. Realize also Sanders set the record with 7.6 yards a carry, while Smith has 5.9. While Smith is an unbelievable player, I still doubt he would do anything like this in a bigger conference.

Of course its outstanding, but over 2600 rushing yards in a season is more outstanding imo.

TDs arent as good a measure as yards because down near the goalline you can pretty much pick out who you want to get a rushing TD.

I agree class should be put totally to the side. But I think Tebow will win it twice. Maybe not next year, but I think he gets two before he's done.

I also think, if you are going to give Heisman votes to Brennan, you need to give some to Dan Lefevour of Central Michigan. Basically stats like Tebow, but no recognition.

So Brennan should not be recognized if the MAC isn't.

Tebow's gone after his junior year, and he won't win it next year because Emmanuel Moody will take away carries from him. (Think Jason White's oppurtunuties being decreased because of an emerging Adrian Peterson).

The WAC is way better than the MAC. Colt Brennan is a damn good quarterback with the statistics to back it up even though he missed 2 games of action with an injury. It was funny at first but now your hate of Hawaii has gotten really, really annoying and you bring it into every single discussion about football.

Again, that was day's ago. Simply arguing with Brennan and it got out of hand I admit. Has it happened again? No. I've expressed my point of view on their place in the BCS, but have not made fun of them since.

I highly doubt he leaves early Spartan. Tebow is built for this system and to be a great college quarterback, I doubt he'll be a good quarterback for the NFL (look at Alex Smith). 'Buck, about the touchdown runs, you can't expect a guy as big as himself to run for 20+ yard touchdowns. But what your short touchdown runs don't show are the guys he ran over to get to them, he didn't just trot in. And that's almost anybody, guarantee any runningback you pull up who has alot of touchdowns 90% of them were within 5 yards...

Im with Leak. Tebow is a very classy guy and I think he stays his Senior year. I think Harvin leaves after his Junior year. Also great statistics you put up there sportsbuck with those TD runs. That really shows that he wasn't that great with those many rushing TD's.

I wouldn't feel bad at all if Brennan won the Heisman either, but I still think McFadden deserves it.

He might. But he's already won a NC, and if he wins the Heisman this year and wins another NC next year he might say to himself "Nothing else to accomplish here, let's go to the NFL".

Tebow is a legit NFL prospect in my mind. A TON better than Alex Smith in terms of pro potential. Tebow has amazing arm strength and is very good at placing the ball where it needs to be. He also might leave early because he is taking a beating at UF with all of his running and might want to get top dollar for his talent before an injury or the grind of his career catches up with him.
