You know, even if this WAS true, it makes sense for him.
As good of a season that kU had this year, Mangino would never get the support of the fans like they do for hoops.
In fact just a few days ago, kU just FINALLY sold their Orange Bowl ticket allotment, and after they had to drop the price to around $30 per ticket. In contrast, Mizzou sold their Cotton Bowl allotment literally within a 24-hour period.

Oh, please. You just need anything to jump on KU for. You look to belittle Kansas's achievements because you finally see them threatening your superiority in a sport you have traditionally dominated them in. You're sounding like a smarter version of Spartan.
