...last night, in my fourth season at Providence. My buddy won at Ole Miss in our third season. Interestingly enough, I had to beat him to make the Final Four. First human vs human game I've played. Good to get a ring under my belt before NCAA Football 06 comes out.  |

Nice job, I wouldn't be able to finish one season, nevermind four. Well, let me qualify that: We played most games the first season, to get our ratings up. But this past season, we probably played only 5 regular season games, then simmed the conf tourney, and played out the NCAA tourney. It would take way too long to play all games. ;D |

Congrats...I was a little disappointed in the National Championship celebration in ESPN when I won, though. You'd think they could've done a lot more than they did with the ESPN license, but I guess they didn't have room.

Congrats...I was a little disappointed in the National Championship celebration in ESPN when I won, though. You'd think they could've done a lot more than they did with the ESPN license, but I guess they didn't have room. Yea, all their celebrations for all their games just suck...I hate their presentation, no matter how great people say it is. |

I like the presentation, but I agree that the championship celebration left a little to be desired. They basically just had Bilas' ranting and that's about it.

Yeah...I don't even think they had the players celebrating with the trophy or anything..they just ran into the locker room like usual, only a little happier. In MM 2004 they had players lifting the coach onto their shoulders, players climbing ladders to cut nets, and the team posing with the trophy...that was a pretty good celebration after winning the title. I'm not expecting confetti and crap like a Madden Super Bowl, but at least have the players celebrate a little on court. Maybe if they didn't waste so much space in the game for that student lounge with the air hockey, they'd have room to make a better celebration cut scene.

Don't know about the student lounge, but the trophy room is pretty darn cool. I like seeing my team's career leaders in stats, individual awards, coach awards, and championships on one screen. That's very cool, IMO. |
