It's a bad break, but I think another year would benefit him.

Not to be off-topic, but Coppenrath is playing well at NBA Camp.

TJ Sorrentine? He's seriously not going to have the success in the pro game he had in college.

T.J. Sorrentine could be the next Steve Kerr...but not Reggie. Reggie's a hall of famer, Kerr just hit a ton of clutch threes.
As for Dee Brown returning to Illinois...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Then again, Deron Williams killed the Badgers more than Brown did..

TJ won't make the NBA right now. Last time I talked to him, before the conference tournament, he said that he'd probably end up overseas, but doens't want to give up.

Keeper is from Vermont, so says his profile, and perhaps he knows him.

Yeah, Patrick Gym is a five mile drive from where I'm at. We got into practice something like 8 times this year, we used to get in more but since the team started winning they've locked down a bit. I still remember watching Coppenrath play in high school, he was awful up until senior year when he won Mr. Basketball

Ill tell you a worse break is the fact that. The Florida Gators best three players are all gonna be gone next year. David Lee's a senior so that was expected, but both Matt Walsh and Anthony Roberson are entering early. Could be a rough year for the SEC champs (i love saying that) next season. But i honestly believe that with the freshman we have coming in and the sophmore's that have developed, and Ryan "Jerry West" Humphries will play strong and give Florida another strong program

I feel for ya, UK is in the same boat. We expected to lose Chuck Hayes, but now both Azubuike and Morris are gone. Frontline will be hurting next season. I like Florida's young players though. Should be a good 2 games this year between our teams.

UK loses a lot, but they'll have a lot of height coming off the bench with what, three 7-footers? I can't remember exactly.
Either way though, with the loss of talent for UK, and all the talent that IU has this year, I'm hoping even Mike Davis can't find a way to screw that up. But, I'll never lose faith in Mike Davis. He'll always find a way to screw things up.

Yeah, hoosier. We have two returning 7-footers-Shagari Alleyne and Lucas Orbzut. Both are still pretty raw offensively, but both made huge strides last year over their freshman years. We signed another 7-footer this year, Jared Carter, but we were hoping to redshirt him to allow him to bulk up. Looks like that might not happen.
Mike Davis has a solid core of youngun's there, it's still a question whether he can coach them. If he ever left IU, I'd LOVE for UK to hire him as recruiting coordinator. Obviously, Mike would never do that though. ;-)

Don't be so sure on the recruiting coordinator. That has always been the thing Davis supporters hit on, "Sure he can't coach, but he's a great recruiter!" but this year he's striking out on everyone.
Dominic James, the top point guard in Indiana who signed with Marquette, said he would have committed to IU if Davis had applied a little pressure, and called our recruiting "shady." Davis also, apparently, is neglecting to pitch academics at all. He's an all-around horrible coach.
But if you'd still like him as your recruiting coordinator, we'll trade for Tubby. ;D
