Well North Carolina was stocked with talent on the in their starting five as everyone knows, but there was also a ton of talent on that bench. North Carolina is most likely to return.

Michigan State is most likely to return. They have a lot of talent returning and should be 1/2 in the Big Ten (along with Indiana).
Illinois and UNC could miss the tournament. Not likely, but a definite possibility. Dee Brown staying makes it even less likely for Illinois, but UNC has a lot of youth. That could hurt them.
UL... I don't know. They lost Garcia, but other than that, I'm not really familiar with the makeup of their team. I know they have a talented class coming in, and Palacios(sp?) is a flat-out STUD. They should be ok. Top 5 in the Big East.

Aside from MSU, I think UL has just as good a shot as the others. They return most of their nucleus: Palacios, a very underrated SR guard in Taquan Dean, Kansas transfer David Padgett at C, and HSAA Brian Johnson back from knee injury. Brandon Jenkins will probably play PG, and has a lot of experience. Now, Palacios/Padgett recently had injury setbacks, so they'll be out a bit. But they'll be tough. The Big East will be unbelieveably deep tho, so we'll see how the conference schedule treats them.
Illinois/UNC have major uphill battles to fight to make it that far. Both will be young in tough conferences, which means they will lose some road conf games, resulting in a lower-than-usual seed for them. Makes it tougher to run the 6-game marathon w/o scratch. Illinois at least returns 2 starters, one of them a veteran guard in Dee Brown, so I'd give them the leg up over UNC.

North Carolina will not have the toughest time by far to make it back to the NCAA tournament. I am the biggest Tar Heel fan ever as well.
They are probably going to start Reyshawn Terry, Byron Sanders, Wes Miller, and I don't know who else will start. That's not a good thing. They did bring in a pretty good freshman by the name of Hansbrough, and a few others.
Let's not forget the most important thing here, the Heels play in the ACC, which is ridiculous. I will be so happy if they play well this year, hopefully Roy Williams will have something in store for the Carolina faithful.
