Watched the first. Im sure it is better watching it live, the screen was very small and hard to read. Glad they have the auto-name feature also, even tho ill be getting the rosters it will help out some people so they dont have PG #23, or something like that. Looks like a great game and will be worth the time and $ They had generated names last year too... |

That's going to piss me off. Are there more create a team options this year than the 6 logos they had last year? Just to tell you know, if the fight songs piss you off, the create school option of College Hoops 2k6 will just casue steam to come out of your ears. They only have the 6 logos yet again to choose from and you can't edit the jerseys from what I have tried so far. I have messed around with it for about 30 minutes since I want to make a DePauw basketball team to keep going with my DePauw football team but no just luck. I'm really mad about this aspect of the game, more so then the music because I can do without music. But I did hear the MM didn't have that option to begin with so CH has it, it just doesn't give you a great selection. |2uff |

I watched the second video, and while the teams were announced initially, the guy said that the Indiana Hoosiers were a force to be reckoned with, and have a strong frontcourt, and could take the bracket, blah blah blah...
But then when they broke down the top 16, he went on to say, "well I'm just not sold on the Indiana Hoosiers, they got lucky with a second seed...yadda yadda yadda..."
I guess the selection sunday and season preview seem like a good idea, but I just find them incredibly generic, as far as: "Well one player to watch out for is *insert last name*, he can break down defence, and there's no question he should be on the first team".
*Insert team* comes from the *insert conference* and they really showed great heart by winning the *insert conference championship*...
It still shatters any other effort a college game has put forth...but I guess I was simply expecting a little bit more. Oh well.

FOR THE LAST TIME THE 360 VERSION IS NOT COMING OUT UNTIL JANUARY! If it was the 360 version, 2K would make a big deal about it, plus I asked specifically about the PS2 version!

While I loved the game as a whole, I thought the create-a-school option left a LOT to be desired compared with NCAA Football. How hard is it to allow custom unis? In fact, I can't remember if it was CH or MM, but last year they let you customize your freakin home court and its lines, and NOT the jerseys. Couldn't believe it. And only 6 options for nicknames/mascots? That's horrible. I think they must put the created school stuff on the "low priority" list or something. |

Yeah, it was CHoops for that court design thing, I was playing around with it yesterday.
The create-a-school doesn't bother me, but I still like to have options when I'm making something and not restricted to a couple things.
