The Big 12 has some of the poorest refs in the NCAA, twice in the last week they have given a game to a team that didn't derserve it. First was the Oklahoma and Oklahoma ST. game, where Bookout took 4 steps before he made the basket that gave them a tie.
Then tonight, mabey the worst half of refing I have ever seen in my life. Texas was screwed based on the hacking that they got on the inside. Buckman was getting murdered on the inside and no calls. Then Buckman would barley touch one of the A&M guys, then theres a foul.
Refs are runing sports, in almost every sport, im me personal im getting sick of it.

Do you want robot refs and 7-hour games?
If not, shut up and accept human error.

You know, I've been hearing a lot about refs lately, and I was thinking about it last night, and you know what....let's see you do any better, making split second judgment calls with the crowd roaring and 10 guys all doing something.

Im not one that complains about refs much, and as a umpire for little league baseball, I some what know the feeling. I know its nothing like a big sports game like this, but I know about making calls.
But tonight was horrible, there was a lot of out of bounds calls that were easly off of A&M, but the ball was given to A&M. Buckman was smashed in the mouth by an elbow right in front of the ref, but no call.

Most of the problems refs have comes from the refs that blow easy calls. Then we start suspecting things and forgeting that people make mistakes. Then again, if thise guy is getting paid cash money for what he's doing, I dont think "human error" should be something that's repeated severel times. His jobs supposed to clean other peoples problems haha, and he's the one with the most bagage.
It'd all be solved in the NFL if the refs were 78 years old. Atleast the NBA and MLB have refs/umps younger...

I was at the game at Reed and yes some of the calls were bogus, but you can't complain that Texas got cheap fouls. Both teams were hacked all night underneath and several times Buckman and Tucker traveled, but no call was made. I think that you are just upset after the loss to you archrivals. Maybe tu will get a chance to redeem themselves in the Big XII tourney. Unitll then, I had a great time storming the court, and you have to admit Acie Law's shot was beautiful!
