Last night... I know you all heard, but with sep's latest obsession with J.J. Redick's balls, I felt it was neccesary to post. But it's no big deal, as long as they beat UNC. UConn should be #1 now and Duke to 2...

The last 5 times or so Duke has lost the game before there meeting with the Tar Heels, they have beaten UNC. So it is a blessing in a disguise. And oh boy, 2nd loss of the season, how many teams have more? All of them except one, Geore Washington (but who have they played?)

Duke got caught looking ahead, and their lack of bench depth was exposed. FSU showed teams how to beat Duke - take it to the hoop and get Shelden Williams and Josh McRoberts in foul trouble.

Which is why a fundamentally sound team in the Sweet 16 or the Elite Eight will take them down early...

The fans stormed the court twice, and the person guarding Redick was given a good job, despite "only" giving up 30 points to him.

Seriously man, you flip-flop on your favorite teams more than John Kerry flip-flops at a Swinger's Convention.

Yeah it's pretty bad bstn. St. Joe's and Temple are basically .500, and they usually are the top teams really. Dayton is nothing special and Xavier isn't performing like they have been. It's not horrible like sep thinks (probably one of the tougher small conferences imo) but it's no Big East or ACC or even WAC...

The fans stormed the court twice, and the person guarding Redick was given a good job, despite "only" giving up 30 points to him. That stat is misleading. I watched the majority of that game and J.J. was taking and missing more shots than I'm use to seeing him do. Along with FSU's attacking nature, it exposed some weaknesses in Duke that I haven't seen yet. I want to see how UNC and the teams in the ACC handle Duke and if they do the same thing FSU did to beat them and almost beat them in Cameron earlier this season.
