If EB has a brand new one in tomorrow, I'll be getting it...anyway...
Do ranked teams have their ranking next to their name on the scoreboard during a game?
Besides the Selection Sunday extra, what else is there?
What are some awesome things about this game that defines it from any other College Hoops game and what are some downfalls of it?
Thanks

1. Yes.
2. Season preview show, Midnight Madness.
Dounfalls depends on the system - Xbox, very good game. PS2 has lag. Overall, great legacy mode experience and the most realistic gameplay out there. However, the graphics aren't brilliant - unless you have the 360 version *whistles*

You can recruit players starting when they're freshmen in HS, with the benefit being their interest in you will be higher than usual when they're seniors. You can actually attend recruit camps and play with the recruits in drills, and there's still the All-American game as usual. There are 3 (i think that's right) recruiting camps, divided on the recruit's star rating (Elite is for the 5 stars, goes down from there).
The NCAA Selection show is awesome - you'll have Gumbel saying things like "soandso is making their first ever NCAA tournament appearance" or "this is the n-th straight year soandso has made the big dance". I even had Gumbel tell me that the #1 overall seed (Texas in mine) was "no surprise, considering they've held the #1 spot in the polls for 14 weeks".
The season preview is cool, especially when you get deeper into the game and you have previous year stats for the All-Americans and Gumbel and Kellogg will mention if a player was voted their conference's player of the year last season, and the team graphics will show how the team finished the season before (Final Four, Elite Eight, 12th in Conference, etc.) and how many returning starters they have coming back. Gumbel and Kellogg will say things like "Soandso is happy to return last season's scoring leader" or "Soandso will miss the production of last year's scoring leader, which means someone will have to step up this season".

I have never experienced any of the camps. Maybe thats because i never recruit any frosh's, soph's, or juniors. What grade level are the camps?

Hearing about this makes me want to trade in my March Madness 06 for this game. I played CH2K5 last year and it was awesome. Will I like it again?

Yes, you'll like it again...wow. I can't believe you wasted your money on Glitch Madness, even after liking 2K5...

Almost all the glitches are gone, that's a bigun.
Rosters and ratings are updated.
New fight songs.
Multiple points of emphasis at once, and you can see how much is left on previous ones. E.G. There is 21% left on rebounding boost.
And one of the best parts - new spam emails!
And obviously, great graphics and new, realistic-looking animations. It's miles ahead of anything current-gen.
