I got excited when Vermont beat BC
But I'll never shake off a loss easily. If the Cats lose 1 game in a season, their hopes at an at-large bid are up in the air. I think Michigan St. will blow it and either not make the tourney or lose in the first round. Maybe it's because I don't think Neitzel's hot shi*, but I have a feeling.

Assuming they don't choke in the first round of the Big Ten tournament - and even if they do, they still have a chance - they will make the tournament.
Depends on seeding and matchups as to har far we go.

MSU- 66 UVM- 46 Neitzel- 26 points And as far as blowing it in the first round, I really don't care. How many times do I have to say it? Getting to the tournament wasn't supposed to happen this year. As far as Neitzel not being hot sh**, yeah okay. The guy can flat out shoot, and has carried our whole team this year. And TJ, you plan on us losing to Minnesota? |

He never said anything about Vermont being better than Michigan State. He just said MSU didn't impress him.

Because I definently was trying to say that UVM was better than MSU...
Neitzel- 18.3 PPG 4.1 APG 2.8 RPG 43% FG
Trimboli(Vermont PG)- 16.2 PPG 4.7 APG 3.4 RPG 41% FG
The guy I had to put parantheses around shoots almost as good as Neitzel, and has led his team the same way. He's more unselfish, and that can be proved because both have similar roles and he has more assists. Is Mike Trimboli hot shi*, No. So Neitzel shouldn't be either...
And I didn't look at who the Spartans were playing in the first round, but I just said that I don't think Michigan St is gonna do anything in the Tournament if they even make it. That was more of a response to the posts that said they would win the Big Ten Tourney (You) or go to the Sweet 16. (Bama)

Find where I said MSU would go far in the tourny or will win the Big Ten tourny and win a cookie. I said COULD win the Big Ten tourny. Did I say they would? No.
And the part where I put the score, I was responding to the Neitzel isn't hot sh** comment. Yeah, that guy averages the same as him in what conference??? America East?
Who cares if Neitzel shoots the ball more? He has too.

I just find it funny that whenever someone makes any sort of negative remark about your beloved Spartans, you're off like a shot posting scores and stats and stuff like that.
