It's not the 1/16. It's the 1/Play-in. Kansas SHOULD roll. Now, would I like to see the Niagra Purple Eagles kick Kansas ass? You bet your last dollar I would. But will they should be a given. FACT. Ok I got more friends involved into my bracket contest and the grand prize is $100!!!!!!! No joke so now Im gonna pull hard for Kansas because I have them in the final four in two of my brackets.
My friends betted on UNC, Ohio State, and Wisconsin. We'll have to wait and see.

the opening round game is key for Kansas...it will most likely determine how they fare the rest of the way Stupid. 1/16 games do not determine how a team will fare. The 1/8 game will tell a story. Not the 1/16. ok it have been a little too far to "the rest of the way", but I think Kansas has to make a statement in this game, especially since they've been knocked out in the first round two years in a row |

I put the tourny into College Hoops 2k7 and simmed it, and good God this game can't sim.
UNC and Ohio State got upset by the 16 seeds.
Tennessee as the 5 was the highest seed to make the Sweet 16 in the South
Only 1 #1 (Florida) made the Sweet 16
Only 1 #2 (UCLA) made the Sweet 16
Only 1 #3 (Oregon) made the Sweet 16
5 of the top 16 seeds made the Sweet 16
3 of the 10+ seeds made the Sweet 16
The final four was, and I kid you not:
UCLA vs Oregon
Belmont (yes) vs Nevada
The NC game was UCLA vs Nevada. Nevada won.

I ended up having someone and Oregon in the final, Oregon winning. Wasn't that bad. All the 16 seeds lost.
