did you see Durant today? Big 12 basketball is the most physical basketball in the nation and he plays like there is no defender... Yeah but has he had to try and score with a player like Tyler Hansbrough or a Greg Oden on him? I think not. The point stands he played well against Texas A&M twice (a great defensive team) and played two great games against Kansas (who are just really good and athletic). He's a great player, who can shoot from everywhere and still get a good number of rebounds. He's just really good, and no matter who gaurds him, he's going to score. It's just foolish to think any team will shut the guy down, since no one really has. UNC can beat Texas, and will beat Texas. The reasoning is simple, Texas has four Freshman and a Sophomore starting. They're just so young.

So once I get some sense knocked into me I'm sure my picks will look a little better. I have Davidson in the Sweet Sixteen, and I know that ain't gonna happen.

Kansas will stop Kevin Durant and win. They're just too good. I also think Wisconsin will beat Ohio State too so assuming that happens my number one seeds are... Wisconsin, Kansas, North Carolina, UCLA However, the teams im cheering for in the tourney is Maryland, Wright State(I think they'll be a cindella), and anyone that can knock off the Florida Gators! You automatically fail due to your avatar. Kansas will NOT win the title. Book it.

I filled out my bracket, but I'm not certain on a lot of these teams.
I have an 11 vs 14 matchup in one of the round of 32 games. 2 12 over 5 upsets, I want to put Davidson over Maryland but I just cannot do it. I'm also having problems with the Texas A&M/Louisville matchup in Lexington. I think the winner of that will win that bracket too.
My Final Four only has one #1 seed in it.

I wanted to put all four #1s in the Final Four but obviously history ain't on my side. So I put Texas A&M in.
When UNC is on they can beat anyone, Florida's the best overall team (unity, depth, etc) and Kansas may be the most talented.

I like UCLA because they don't have to leave California until the Final Four. Oh and Georgetown is just playing such good basketball right now, which is why I'm more up on them than UNC. I just don't see the greatness that Carolina is suppose to have.

KU's supposedly had the most talent, but they've bowed out early the last three seasons. I picked UNC, but I think Florida has a great shot to repeat. Kansas will bow out in the 16 or E8. Bill Self is brutal as a coach.

All hate for the Gayhawks aside, I'm not sure if that applies here. They had everyone back last year, and look where that got them. First round loss to Bradley. What's worse, that same team lost to Bucknell in the first round the year before. Both teams coached by Bill Self. Expectations are much higher this year, and I think next year is the year they make a big run, even though their fans want a championship now.
I'm not saying KU isn't talented, but anything less than a F4 for them is a huge disappointment. They have an easy road, maybe the easiest. If they slip up anytime before them, it's a disappointment.

the opening round game is key for Kansas...it will most likely determine how they fare the rest of the way

KU won't lose to the 16 seed. As much as I would like that to happen, it won't. 'Nova will be a tough matchup for them with their speed.

It's not the 1/16. It's the 1/Play-in. Kansas SHOULD roll. Now, would I like to see the Niagra Purple Eagles kick Kansas ass? You bet your last dollar I would. But will they should be a given. FACT.

Maybe the least effective anti-osu sig I've ever seen.
