He was 7'4" 232 lbs at C. His freshman season he average 17.2 ppg, 15.1 rpg, and 5.1 blkpg (btw I sim all games except like 2-3 per season). He came rated 85 overall as he was the #1 overall recruit. He won the naismith, big man, defensive player awards. He left for the draft after that season. Anyone get anybody that dominate as a freshman?
Also does anyone notice some weird heights for some recruits? For instance a few years back the #1 overall recruit was 7'1" SF! Anyone else notice this?

Is this on CH2k7? I like their recruiting system, but they do need to fix that. I think instead of PG, SG, SF, PF, and C, they should have the positions of G, F, and C. That way you can use them at either spot. Plus, in college basketball, you always don't see a two-guard lineup. I think there should be the option of using a two, three, or even a four-guard lineup.

Yeah and the CPU would need to recognize that when they have 3 dominant guards, to use a 3 guard set, even if they were a 2 guard team before (like how Nova went from 2 to 4 in two seasons a couple years ago). Good call on that one...

Yeah the recruiting in College Hoops 2k7 is hilarious. Once I got a #1 overall player who was 6'9 and he was a SG. Ripped it up for me in the 2 years I had him, averaging about 25 ppg and 10 assists.

In a few years in my dynasty, there will come a guy named Kelly Hopes, a 7'3 center. The #1 recruit coming out of high school, I already had a good center, so I redshirted him. He left after his sophomore year, where he was the nation's highest scorer averaging close to 8 rebounds and 4 blocks a game. Insane numbers, and I sim all but about the same, 2-3 games. My best player recruited so far....

Beat this:
I'm at Indiana St. now, and I recruited the #63 recruit overall, a shooting guard named Darnell Chase. I started him, because I had no other SGs, only PGs and SFs.
He was a 62 overall. By the end of the season, he was a 84 overall, my team was 25-2, and he averaged 24.1 ppg, 9 rpg, and 9 apg. By the way, he was 5'8.
Seriously. Best recruit I've ever landed.

so he went from 62 to 84? That seems pretty fishy to me. The most change I have seen is like 3-4 points. Are you sure you didn't mean 82 to 84?

Wow.
You made that sound about 50x better than it actually was just by changing one word. (Career to season)
