+It's easy on the eyes. Wallpapers shouldn't be so crazy that you go blind looking at them.
+It's simple. Similar to what is said above.
+It is a nice picture for a background. All too often I see people try to stretch tiny pictures into bigger ones to make it work.
-The cutting on Duncan is a little shaky. Especially up on his right arm.
-The background needs to be a tad bit more complex than just clouds.
-The font needs to stand out a little more whether it is by giving it an outer glow, a bevel, or whatever.
-The edges don't need to be beveled. If it is a background, the edges will be covered anyway.

It is alright.. but I don't understand why you have a Rip Avatar and make a Tim Duncun wallpaper?? makes no sense to me: GO Pistons!
