How do I post a created banner?

If I create the file, but it is not posted online...is there a code to insert from my computer (ie. from C: Drive...)

Please help...I don't like borrowing other peoples images....it feels like stealing to me.

you just upload it to www.photobucket.com and it will give you the URL to put in
