Help with a logo

I need somebody to modify the Denver logo for me, here's the pic:

I'd like the head to be grey with black outlines (the part that's navy), and the mane to be a very deep purple.

Also, how can I put this picture as a logo in the top corner of my homepage?

Go to dynamic drive, you can find a way to anchor the picture in the top left hand corner.
