Ok do you put the background you want on their or the pics first. I tried noth ways and it want work because if I put the pics first and then go and put the background in it erases the picture and if I put the background on and do the cutout on the pics it takes away the background in that little secton of the pic.

In anything and everything backrounds go first.

Well then when I go to cutout the picture how do i get the cutout color to match the background?

Use the Eraser when u cut.
