Yes, you can virtually use any graphic-editing program out there, the most common being MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, and Macromedia Fireworks. Paint can be found on any PC, while the others you have to buy, steal, rent, or barter a copy by either be willing to dish out close to $300 (for Photoshop [7.0-9.0], the best one out there by far) or by downloading a free trial. To be honest, Paint is crap that isn't worth using in a million years, especially if you can get your hands on a better program. Good luck.  |
