Since I've got here I've learned how to use HTML and other stuff I was wanting to try and learn how to make banners and sigs and stuff like that so I can make my own banners for my dynasties and what not. I was wondering where could a beginner learn to make banners at so I can start making my own.

As stated above....
You need a banner making program like Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop, or if you're really a master, you can use paint. 95% of people can't make good paint banners though.

More like 99.3%...
Anyway, Photoshop is the best available graphic-editing out there, period. Too bad it runs for an extremely high price, unless you'd rather be stuck with Elements... Yuck...

go to www.google.com and search for: paint shop pro tutorials after you do that, search around and read the links they supply. That is what most people do when they want to learn, try things out and keep asking questions when needed. Please thinkor search on google first before you ask a question about your problem because most answers can be found on the net. |2uff

Thanks ruff and I will search more before I post threads just trying to get some help from the people at DC. no no.. don't get me wrong, I don't mind these kind of questions because not many people understand what a graphic program is. I am talking about asking a question like "how do I cut out a picture in Paint Shop Pro?" because you could probably take that question, past it into google and search it with some success. your fine man |2uff
