I'll be the one to shoot this one down:
Horrible cutting on the text and the font is way too horrible and it doesn't compliment the complicity of the background. The fading is alright, but it looks like you squeezed a lot of the pictures and they look fuzzy. Good idea, it just doesn't deliver.

I really like it, kinda hard to read some of the names..but nonetheless i think its good.
