w3schools never helped me I hate that site didnt teach me anything. I basicaly just picked it up on my own and some help from fp express.

I hated w3schools. I leanrd from somewhere else, basic stuff, then picked up on more advanced HTML.

I actually learned HTML in school (mandatory computer apps class), but w3schools helped me master it, and it is what I used to learn css and xhtml. It's a very useful website. I suggest you read the first few introduction pages on HTML, then skip to the examples, and basically play around with the example HTML, editing it and such, and eventually you'll start to get the hang of it.

(View, Source) That isn't a bad place either, I was told of this when I was talking to a computer buddy of mine at work. He said it's probably one of the best places to go and learn but I still haven't looked at it or used it. www.w3schools.com I like because I understand it and it has those quizes which are really nice as well. |2uff |

Yeah also once you get the basics down practice making stuff, and you will pick up little things and gradually get better.
