First off those are way too big. Second make sure the player goes all the way to the end of the banner. Don't cut it of before te banner ends. As for brushes you need to download them, but I don't know from where.

well i know they're too big. I was just doing tests. Is the default size 500x200? If so all the banners i make now will be that size

there is a time when every banner maker notices he isn't very good, try a few more, and maybe you will get better, but some of us just arent made for banner making

A default banner size is about 550px in width and 110px in height and it is fine to go a little more or less but usually around this size.
Also just keep practicing on this because you will only get better. I know it might be frustrating but with hard work and practice, your skills can improve...

Look at that, you are already getting the hang of it. The size is good and you have the player fitting on there nicely. My only suggestion is to try new backgrounds, work on your cutouts and just practice.
